What if the way you see yourself isn't the truth?
For years, you may have built your identity on wounds, labels, or the words of others.
Renewal begins when you stop allowing wounds, labels, and the words of others to define you and begin building your identity on the unchanging truth of who God says you are.
Discover what may be shaping how you see yourself and where your journey of renewal may need to begin.

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
Romans 12:2

Have the messages you've believed
shaped the way you see yourself?
Somewhere along the way, wounds, labels, painful experiences, and the words of others may have become louder than what God says is true about you.
You may recognize yourself here. . .
Questioning your worth even when others value you.

Apologizing for taking up space.

Struggling to trust your own decisions.

Wondering why you never feel enough.

Carrying labels you never chose.
Or maybe this feels familiar . .
Feeling guilty when you set boundaries.

Constantly trying to earn approval.

Living by expectations instead of convictions.

Unsure who you are apart from others' opinions.

Longing to see yourself the way God does.

Renewal begins one step
at a Time
Many women come to Be Renewed feeling stuck between who they have been and who God is calling them to become. Lasting change rarely happens all at once. It begins with one decision, one truth embraced, and one faithful step forward.
Wherever you are today, there is a place to begin.

Meet Christie
Hi, I'm Christie.
For years, I didn't realize how much the words and actions of others had shaped the way I saw myself. Somewhere along the way, their messages had become louder than what God said was true about me.

My own journey taught me that healing isn't about pretending the past didn't happen or simply trying harder to move on. It's about recognizing what you've come to believe because of what you've experienced and learning to separate those messages from the truth of who God says you are.

That journey changed the way I see myself, and it's at the heart of why I created Be Renewed. Today, I have the privilege of walking alongside women as they uncover what's been shaping them, renew their minds with God's truth, and begin using their voice and moving forward again.

You are not defined by what happened to you or by what someone else said about you. Your identity was always meant to be rooted in something far more secure; the truth of who God says you are.

The voices you've believed may have shaped your story,
but they were never meant to define your identity.
The Phases of Renewal

Renewal isn't about becoming someone new. It's about returning to the truth of who God created you to be. The journey unfolds through three intentional phases.

Heal
Recognize what you've been carrying, understand how painful experiences may have shaped what you believe about yourself, and begin replacing old messages with God's truth.
Rebuild
Renew your mind with God's truth, strengthen your voice and boundaries, and begin building your identity on the truth of who God says you are.

Stand
Put what you've learned into practice as you live from your God-given identity, stand in truth, and continue moving forward—even when old patterns or triggers surface.
